Heat butter until almost boiling.

In a seperate bowl, add the baking powder as well as the cinnamon and ginger to the flour

Slowly add the flour mixture into the hot butter and stir thoroughly

Knead the dough for a while and cover and let it rest for an hour

When the mixture cools (warm to touch) add the instant yeast to the milk with teaspoon of sugar, then stir gently into the dough.

Shape the dough into balls then flatten them out... And at this point it's up to u how you want them to look and be shaped as!

Put them in a cookie tray and let them rest for about 5-10 mins

Bake in preheated oven 345F until golden it will take about 10-15 mins depending on ur oven

Finally cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar just before eating.
