K & B'S Famous Grilled Cheese Sandwich

   Set oven at broil.

   Take one slice of bread and put butter on one side of it.

   Lay, butter side down, on a cookie sheet, then take both slices of cheese (unwrapped) and put them on the bread. Take the other piece of bread and put butter on one side of it. Lay that piece of bread on top of the cheese.

   Butter side up and place in the oven until golden brown.
