Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours or in the freezer about 45 minutes. Grease a 12 x 1/2-inch deep round foil baking pan or 12-inch round pizza pan.

Place dough in pan and press it evenly within 1 1/2-inches of the edge.
