1/3 Carrot
7 cm Japanese leek (the white part)
1 Enoki mushrooms
1 Cut Japanese rice cake (square)
1 Katakuriko
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Sake
1 1/2 tbsp Water

Julienne the burdock and keep it in a water with vinegar to remove the harshness.
