Juicy Sandwich with Ham & Cucumbers

   Slice the cucumber thinly into about 2mm-slices and sprinkle some salt (unlisted).

   Spread margarine onto the bread, and mustard onto the side with ham.

   When the cucumbers are soft, rinse, and remove excess water with parchment paper.

   Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice.

   Spread mayonnaise onto bread, and top with cucumbers.

   Spread mayonnaise onto the cucumbers, and layer with ham and bread with mustard.

   Cut into preferred shapes to serve.
