Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter; 1/2 cup shortening; 1 cup sugar; 3 large eggs; 2 2/3 cups cake flour; 3 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp vanilla; 16 oz sour cream; 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar mixed; 1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 2/3 cups cake flour
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz sour cream
2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar mixed
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1. Cream butter, sugar and shortening

2. Add eggs and beat until fluffy

3. Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together, add to above mixture

4. Add Vanilla and Sour cream.

5. If using chocolate chips or nuts, add to sugar/cinnamon mixture.

5. Pour 1/2 batter into pan, and sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar cinnamon mixture.

6. Add rest of batter and them sprinkle the top with the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
