1 whole Medium Red Onion, Finely Chopped
1 whole Jalapeno, Finely Chopped, De-seeded If You Don't Like It Too Hot
1 whole Lime

⅛ cups Tequila
4 whole Avocados
1 teaspoon Chipotle Seasoning-- More If Needed
