Johann's Yee-Hah Irish Coffee

   Set about a quart of water to boil on the stove.

   Whip cream to very soft peaks (should still be a little runny).

   Add 1/2 of the sugar to cream and dissolve.

   Pour boiling water into a footed glass or other suitable glass.

   Drain water when glasses are very hot.

6. 6

   Brew the espresso and mix with the other half of the sugar.

   Pour sweetened espresso in the bottom of each glass and then top with whiskey.

   Spoon soft-whipped cream on top of that and drizzle a small amount of Kahlua on the cream.

   Serve immediately.
