Preheat oven to 375u00b0 F. In large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together, seal perforations and form a circle an inch larger in diameter than bottom of pan. Turn edges under to make a slight rim. In small bowl, combine beaten egg and cream cheese; whisk until smooth. Pour evenly over pizza. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over cream cheese mixture. Top with apples; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with pecans if desired. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or crust is golden brown.
