Jeremy’S Peach Jello Salad

   Mix jello and boiling water together as usual, stirring until dissolved. Instead of adding cold water, add scoops of vanilla ice cream and stir to melt. You've added enough ice cream when your jello is a bit cooler than room temperature. My estimation of ice cream is approximate. If you use less ice cream, this will still work-it just won't be as firm.

   Refrigerate until set. Since the ice cream is already cold, it sets up pretty quickly.
