Jello Cookies

   Cream together shortening, sugar, vanilla and jello.

   Add eggs and mix well.

   Add flour, baking powder and salt.

   Roll in small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Press out using flattened bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.

   The color of jello used determines the color of cookies.
