Jello Cookies

   In small mixing bowl sift flour and baking powder.

   Set aside. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar.

   Add egg and vanilla; beat well.

   Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture.

   Beat until smooth; these cookies may be rolled and cut out in shapes or dropped by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.

   Sprinkle each cookie with jello powder.

   Bake for 13 minutes in 400u00b0 oven.

   May also add food coloring to cookie dough if desired.
