TOMATO SAUCE

- Remove casing on each link and cut each link into 5 sections forming meatballs. Over medium heat, brown meatballs in large sauce pan then drain and set aside.

- Over medium heat, Add butter, garlic, onions and mushrooms to large sauce pan and cook until onions become soft and start browning.

- Add meatballs, tomato sauce, black olives, sugar, basil and italian seasoning to large saucepan.

- Add 1/2 cup of water to thin if desired.

- Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for at least 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Cook spaghetti per directions then thouroughly drain.

SERVE

- Serve Sauce and Spaghetti in separate bowls with grated parmesan cheese on the side.
