Jeff's Baked Macaroni & Cheese (made with Jarlsberg cheese)

   Fry bacon not crispy

   cook pasta (al dente)

   prepair ingredients chop onion, shredd cheese

   Pre-heat oven to 350

   remove bacon from pan

   in bacon greese cook chopped onion (or you can drain & cook with 1/4 stick butter)

   add flour to pan

   add milk and simmer

   In simmering milk, slowley add graded cheese

    allow mixture to thicken

    drain.

    pasta & add to cheese mixture

    Place mac & cheese in oven for 25-30 minutes

    Allow to cool (10 minutes ish)

    Serve it to friends and enjoy the noises they make while rating it.
