Mix ingredients for batter.

Take a leaf of collard or what ever leaf you use, put in a 1/3 measuring cup an pack cheeses and other treasure chest ingredients in leaf.

Remove chest from fridge deep fry short time at 375F.

Form burgers in a burger stuffer deep enough to fit chest , one chest cooled place in burger cover burger with more beef and repeat to howmany you want.

Preheat a cast iron pan or oven safe pan on stove top place burgers carefully in pan and cook brown one side flip the preheat oven 325F.

Once burger brown both sides place pan in oven cook to your desired liking.
