Drain the tofu.

We usually put it on a sieve and put a plate on it, and leave it for about 15 minutes.

While you wait for tofu to drain, finely chop the carrot and shiso leaves and grate the ginger.

Grate the daikon radish and chop the green onion also.

Mix the drained tofu, carrot, shiso leaves, ginger and the ingredients together well by hand.

Make the sauce.

Heat the ingredients in a pan, and thicken by adding katakuriko mixed with water when the sauce comes to a boil.

Fry the burgers.

Heat oil in a pan, put in the formed burger patties, cover the pan, and pan fry both sides of of the burgers over medium heat.

Put the burgers on a serving plate, pour the sauce over them and put , grated daikon radish and chopped green onion on top to finish.
