Jalapeno Popper Cheese Bread

   Preheat oven to 400 F. Put the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.

   Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and mayonnaise in a bowl.

   Spread mixture over the top of the bread.

   Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly.

   Then turn on broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.

   Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack.

   Allow bread to cool for a couple minutes.

   Slice and serve.

   Note: This recipe can easily be doubled to use the other half of the French bread.
