Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil; 1 onion, chopped; 1 cup green pepper, chopped; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped; 2 lbs lean ground beef; 2 large eggs, beaten; 1 tablespoon flour; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 4 slices bacon; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 4 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons white vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute onion, green pepper, garlic, and jalapenos in the oil.

Add the sauted vegetables to hamburger, eggs,flour, salt and pepper. Mix well, I use my hands.

put in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.

combine ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. cover the meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours . Let stand for 10 minutes.
