Jackfruit Rice Cake (Talam Nangka)

   Take off jackfruit stone and chop into small pieces, put aside.

   Combine all ingredients accept jackfruit in a pot.

   Heat mixture on stove. Stir until mixture mix well.Turn off stove when mixture rise steam.

   Pour in jackfruit and mix well.

   Pour mixture into a cake pan or mold. Steam for 30 minutes. Wait until fully chilled.Cut into piece and serve.
