1/4 Onion
3 cm Carrot
1 dash Fresh rosemary
2 tbsp Olive oil
20 grams Butter
50 grams Tomato puree
2 1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
50 ml Couscous
1 tsp Olive oil to finish
1 Parmagianno Reggiano cheese (Parmesan cheese)

Heat olive oil and butter in a pot over medium heat until the butter melts.
