mix together till the egg is saturated and the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed.

then fill a meatloaf pan with the meatloaf and when filled, compress the outer edge of the loaf.

stick in the over for 35 minutes and check to see if the mozzarella is a dark golden brown on the top

if so you are finished.

if not let in for 10-15 more minutes

you can also add ketchup to the top or marinara.
