1/2 cup onions chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 pound bacon or sausage, crumbled
10 eggs well beaten
3 tablespoons bacon grease
