Italian Noodle Casserole – a delicious recipe with onion, celery, clove garlic, hamburger, tomato paste, tomato sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. tomato paste
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
10 oz. pkg. wide noodles
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Simmer onion, celery and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil. Add hamburger and brown very lightly. Add tomato paste and sauce, water and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles; drain. Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole. Layer noodles, meat and cheese; repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes in 300u00b0 oven.
