Italian Meat Loaf – a delicious recipe with ground chuck, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Serves 4 Pasta & Noodles

Servings: persons

1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded parmesan
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 c. canned spaghetti sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Bake 350u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is done. Take out of oven and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve with favorite pasta. Angel Hair Pasta is good.
