Ingredients: 1 lb turkey meat; 4 small potatoes; 1/2 cup chopped green pepper; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 6 slice bread; 1 cup frozen spinach; 1 tbsp creole seasoning; 1 tbsp italian seasoning; 1 salt and pepper; 2 can cream of celery; 1 can black beans; 1 cup sour cream

Servings: persons

1 lb turkey meat
4 small potatoes
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 slice bread
1 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 salt and pepper
2 can cream of celery
1 can black beans
1 cup sour cream

preheat oven to 350

put potatoes in sandwich bags and heat in oven two small ones at a time for about 3:30 minutes

sautee spinach, onions, green peppers

cook turkey or beef in separate pot until brown.

drain meat.

season meat to your liking

mix sour cream in with black beans(drained)

create layers in a large pan starting with the potatoes that have been cooked.

add meat on top of potatoes spread evenly

put black bean mixture on top spread evenly

lastly place slices of bread on top and sprinkle cheese over the bread
