1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2. In a skillet on a low medium heat add little olive oil and let heat. Enough to just cover the bottom of the pan. When oil is warm add rosemary,thyme,salt,pepper and let sit for about 2 min.

3. In a large pot with salt and water, bring to boil and add pasta of your choice.

4. Add 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour to ground beef and mix thouroughly with hands. (add any other seasonings to meat that you desire). Form burgers with the meat and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

5. Back to the skillet add diced red onion, diced garlic, and diced shallots. Once the onions begin to get soft about 4 min. and place your burgers in the oven for 15-20 min.

6. Then add your mushrooms to the skillet. Add a little more olive oil and sautee for until mushrooms are brown.

7. Add white onions to skillet and let cook stirring occasionally.

8. place one slice of tomatoe on top of each burger and spinkle with mozz. cheese. leave in oven until cheeze is fully melted.

9. dice remaining tomatoes and add to skillet.

10. place bed of pasta on plate. add burger to top of pasta. cover with onions and mushrooms from the skillet. add I fresh basil leaf to plate.
