3/4 cups Goat Cheese Crumbles

2 Tablespoons Butter
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 cups Milk
1 cup Italian Blend Cheese
1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
