Italian Chicken Pasta

   my family is big so i use 3 chicken breast..i boil the chicken,when chicken is finished,save the broth.take chicken out and set aside to cool..

   now add your pasta and,1/2 onion,2 cans spinach with liquid, 2 cans tomatoes with liquid,cook pasta 10 or so minutes..don't strain))take cooled chicken off the bone,add it to the pasta..

   now add 1 1/2 cups wine.more if you think you need it..

   pinch of tyme/rosemary

   salt and, pepper to your liking.cook on mid low for 30 minutes..sometimes i turn it on low after the 30 minutes.and let it sit for another 30 minutes..

   serve with salad,and garlic bread..top your dish with romano cheese..i use fresh romano..yummy!!!
