1 lb Chicken breast
1/2 Red onion
1 cup Chicken broth
2 cup Uncooked veggies of your choice
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Basil

1 tsp Flour (only if necessary)

Chop raw chicken to small pieces

Heat large saucepan on medium-high heat and add olive oil and then 1 clove garlic.

Using remaining oil in pan, sautee the rest of the garlic and the onion until onions are almost clear.

Add chicken broth as bring to a boil

Cover and simmer for 10-20 minutes depending on vegetables you're using.
