¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon marjoram
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds or 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12-in square.
