2 cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Coarsely Chopped Green Sweet Pepper
1/2 cups Chopped Celery
2 cloves Garlic, Minced

1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
8 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Or Regular Spaghetti
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
