Irish Soda Bread

   preheat oven to 350. mix sour cream, eggs and sugar in a mixer, add 1 cup of flour at a time.

   and mix well, have a 9inch cake pan greased and floured.

   take mix out and need only a few times with floured hands.

   Put into greased pan.

   make sure mix is all the way to the edge.

   make a cross in the dough and sprinkle some flour on top.

   Bake till golden brown.

   test to make sure not doughy inside.

   about 50 minutes.
