   Grease 2-quart round casserole dish.

   In large bowl with fork, mix flour and next 4 ingredients.

   Cut in butter until it resembles crumbs.

   Stir in raisins and caraway seed.

   Beat egg slightly. Reserve 1 tablespoon of egg.

   Stir in remaining eggs and buttermilk into flour mixture until slightly sticky.
