Irish Soda Bread

   In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

   Break up butter into small pieces.

   Add raisins (drain water).

   Slowly add milk (mixing to a gummy texture) and squeezed lemon.

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Place mixture in pan (grease and flour bottom only of pan).

   Make a cross on top of mixture with knife.

   Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.

   Let cool 10 minutes.
