Iowa Corn Soup

   Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes.

   Sprinkle with flour and cook for 1 minute.

   Stir in corn and milk.

   Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

   Stir in parsley.
