Instant Chocolate Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 180C.

   Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and optional baking powder into a bowl and mix together with a whisk until the clumps disappear.

   Pour in the vegetable oil and use a rubber spatula to mix it in using cutting motions.

   Add the vanilla oil.

   Add the milk and fold it in with a rubber spatula.

   When the dough becomes crumbly, it's done.

   Place the crumbly dough on a large sheet of plastic wrap.

   Wrap up the dough and press it together so that it comes together and forms one lump.

   It should look like this.

    Place bite-sized ball of dough (about 12-15 g) onto a baking sheet.

    Bake for 15 minutes in a 180C oven.

    Once baked, let cool as-is on the baking sheet.

    Don't touch them until they have cooled completely, they break very easily!

    Lastly, dust with powdered sugar!
