1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
garlic salt
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. liquid (from spinach)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. can spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms, Ragu)
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. small macaroni, cooked
1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown the first 3 ingredients in the oil.

Cook the spinach according to package directions.

Drain, saving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach and simmer 10 minutes.

Combine juice into the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and dash of pepper.

Add this to the meat.

Add the spinach with the remaining ingredients.

Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
