Divide crumb mixture evenly among 8 ramekins, about 2 tbsp (30 mL) each, pressing into bottoms.

Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.

With a mixer or a wooden spoon, combine the cream cheese and mascarpone.
