Put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and give it a couple of whizzes until everything is combined. The butter should be in little bits floating with the coconut on top of the mixture. Pour carefully into a buttered deep dish pie plate and carefully slide into the oven. Check after 30 minutes; it starts to puff up huge and at this point, you may want to put a cookie sheet underneath to catch any juices that might jump out. Cook for another 30 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. It will still be a bit jiggly, but will set up as it cools. You can serve this at room temperature or chilled.
