Imperial Chicken

   Mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

   Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then into the crumb mixture.

   Be sure each piece is well covered.

   Arrange in shallow pan.

   Pour remaining butter over all the chicken and bake for 1 hour or until tender.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven.
