Applesauce Glazed Chicken Recipe

   Pre-heat the oven to 400-F degrees.

   Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into four pcs.

   Place the chicken pcs in a foil-lined 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan; set aside.

   Blend together the orange marmalade, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat.

   Add in the applesauce and cook, stirring constantly,till the mix begins to boil.

   Spread the hot sauce over the chicken pcs.

   Bake for about 20 min, or possibly till the chicken is tender and cooked through in the thickest spots.

   Garnish with green onions and serve.

   Great with plain or possibly flavored rice.
