Imitation Blintzes

   Cut crust of bread and roll each piece flat with a rolling pin. Spread each piece with layer of cream cheese.

   Roll each piece up and cut in half.

   Dip each in melted butter or margarine.

   Then roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon to taste.

   Place on a cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
