   Mix crumbs with butter. Spread half of this mixture in bottom of a large pan.

   Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Dream Whip. Beat until very stiff, then spread half of the mixture on the crust. Spread the cherry pie filling on cream cheese mixture. Add rest of Dream Whip mixture and top with rest of crumbs. Chill for 24 hours.
