Ikea'S Chocolate Mousse

   1) Break the chocolate and put the chunks in a bowl. Place the bowl over boiling water until the chocolate has melted.

   2) Add in the cooled coffee.

   3) Fold in the egg yolks one at a time.

   4) Add the orange peel.

   5) Beat the egg whites into hard foam in a separate bowl, then add it to the rest and mix.

   6) Cool in the fridge.

   7) Top with whipped cream and serve!
