Iced Berries In Warm White Chocolate Cream

   Put your berries in a freezer baggie and allow to freeze for a day. You want them like ice cubes.

   Put your cream and white chocolate chips in a glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Don't let the bowl touch the water. Stir until combined and smooth.

   Place the berries in a tall glass and pour the warm cream over. Serve immediately.
