Ice Cream Sandwich Squares

   Open the box of ice cream from the side seam and cut it into square patties approximately 1 inch thick.

   (This is easiest to do when the ice cream is frozen solid.)

   Place ice cream square between 2 graham crackers and wrap in plastic or wax paper.

   Place in freezer until needed.
