1 cup cubed chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sage
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp cubed onion
2 tbsp cubed bell pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup red potatoes

preheat oven to 350.

add chicken, salt, pepper, sage, Italian seasoning, creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon, onion, & bell pepper to a bowl.

set aside & let flavors marinate for about an hour.

season potatoes & carrots with the same ingredients in a separate bowl.

once chicken is marinated, assemble the chicken, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, & carrots unto skewers whichever way you would like.

set skewers into separate sheets of foil.
