1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (5 oz.) pkg. small noodles
5 scallions, finely chopped

Brown beef and pour off fat.

Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain.

Mix scallions, cream cheese and sour cream.

Make a layer each of noodles, meat sauce and sour cream mixture in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
