1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered

Brown meat with first 3 seasonings.

Drain beef.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain. Mix sour cream and onions together.

Butter casserole dish and layer ingredients in the following order:
