Husband'S Delight – a delicious recipe with ground meat, salt, garlic, sugar, pepper, tomato sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
2 cans tomato sauce
5 green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. small noodles
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 carton plain yogurt

Brown beef and drain; add garlic, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.

Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain. Finely chop tops and bottoms of green onions and mix with cream cheese and yogurt.

Layer noodles, meat sauce, cream cheese mixture and grated cheese in 2-quart baking dish, ending with cheese on top.
